A true bistro wine — the wine of spontaneous moments, friendly gatherings, and traditional celebrations.
Like its red counterpart Bastide, it’s cheerful, unpretentious, and loved as much for the pleasure it gives as for its modest price.
Terroir: Predominantly limestone soils with the clay of Coupe-Roses and traces of manganese.
A cool, elevated climate that favors bright acidity. Vines planted between 250 and 400 meters above sea level.
Grapes Varieties: Grenache Blanc and Gris, Muscat Petit Grain, Clairette, Vermentino, Viognier.
Viticulture: Biodynamic and agroecological farming with cover crops, gentle pruning, debudding, vine braiding, and treatments based on plants, herbal teas, fermented extracts, sulfur, essential oils, and just a touch of copper (total over 5 years: 4 kg).
Vinification: Pressed with stems (max. 1.5 bar). Light settling, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and ageing in stainless steel.
