Our first white wine, simple, generated by all the white grapes of the estate. Countertop wine, improvised moments wine, wine for friends, like our red wine Bastide. This wine will give you pleasure for a great price.

 Terroir : Clay with Coupe-Rose argile and manganese inclusions. The climate promote acidity. The vines are situated between 250 and 400m altitude.

 Grapes : Grenache Blanc, Muscat Petit Grain, Marsanne.

 Vinification : Destemmed, pressed, static settling, 16°C fermentation.
